perf(studio): optimize TRIZ principle lookup via indexed Map

Optimizes lookupPrinciples in src/lib/studio/triz-data.ts by replacing $O(N)$ linear scans over TRIZ_PRINCIPLES with $O(1)$ lookups via a pre-indexed PRINCIPLES_BY_ID Map. Includes unit benchmark tests verifying rapid lookup across all 1,521 parameter pairs (<50ms).
