Same failure cellbound-3d hit live on the plans#36 ceremony (model 'claude-fable-5-high' is not in the agent's catalog, fixed in d3mlabs/cellbound-3d#161): claude-fable-5-high is still a valid CLI --model id, but ai-flow's ACP migration moved model selection to session/set_model, whose catalog uses plain names (claude-fable-5) with parameterized modelIds for effort variants. This repo's next slash command would fail identically. Catalog-domain mismatch tracked in ai-flow.

…el naming domain

'claude-fable-5-high' is still a valid CLI --model id, but ai-flow now
selects models via ACP session/set_model, whose catalog uses plain names
(claude-fable-5) with parameterized modelIds for effort variants. Same
failure cellbound-3d hit live (fixed there in cellbound-3d#161).
