🔥 PR18 – Rebranding: Electrifier → WinClassicSamplesCS (Shell32 Demo Browser)

Description:
This PR introduces the full rebranding of the legacy Electrifier project and officially transforms it into the new WinClassicSamplesCS Demo Browser for WinForms .NET.

Why this change?

• Electrifier has been a stable, modular WinForms workbench for years, featuring DockPanelSuite, a status bar, tool windows, and persistent layouts.
• Vanara Shell32 is currently the most modern, complete, and actively maintained Shell‑Interop framework in the .NET ecosystem.
• Files Community uses Vanara in production — proving the demand for a real, complete, dockable, interactive Shell32 sample browser.
• Existing commercial “Shell32 component suites” are expensive, proprietary, and often outdated.
• Electrifier + Vanara + WinClassicSamples = an open‑source alternative that democratizes the entire Shell32 component market.

What this PR does:

• Renames the project: Electrifier → WinClassicSamplesCS
• Updates namespaces
• Adjusts branding
• Prepares the foundation for the Sample Registry, Sample Host, and DockPanel integration
• Establishes the groundwork for the new roadmap

3. TreeView‑based navigation

The new Samples Browser has matured enough to deserve its own identity.
As the steward of the Vanara ecosystem, I’d kindly ask you to give this project its proper name.

I’ll provide the software — you provide the name.
After that, I’ll integrate the NuGet and GitHub add‑ons we discussed, refactor the code, and complete the rebranding.

Note: I would need to exclude the icon and splash‑screen assets from public use, as I only hold usage rights for them and cannot transfer those rights.

The design preserves the icon’s meditative geometry and subtle glow while ensuring clarity and contrast against translucent surfaces.
