Various updates are needed to CrowdNode.js & ancillary libraries to eliminate the dependency on @dashevo/dashcore-lib. Much of the work was completed but not merged into the library over a year ago by @coolaj86.
My PR dashhive/crowdnode.js#57 builds upon his PR dashhive/crowdnode.js#55.
Those changes are now fairly out of date, so these updates seek to bring CrowdNode.js library up to par with the current ecosystem of libraries we've built in the Dash Incubator.
Updates to CrowdNode UI were made to test/verify the changes are working.
