What changed
Why
DSH Desktop branding belongs in the application chrome and sidebar. The central welcome experience should retain the original Harness identity and remain independent from the light/dark sidebar logo behavior in PR #15.
User impact
The welcome screen again displays the original Harness icon. Sidebar branding and desktop window icons are unchanged.
