AutoStory M3 BDSP MVP: new game → Floaroma #137

• Scope: BDSP JSON maps from pret/pokeplatinum, including interiors; story maps; the walker; actions, battle and screen readers; and the program with an FRLG-style table. No dependency on [WIP] BDSP Autostory PokemonAutomation/Arduino-Source#1717; the pieces kept from it are credited.
• PRs: bdsp/maps-v4 → #127 → #129 → bdsp/actions-v4 → #128. Replaces fork BDSP AutoStory: Route 201, Route 202, Jubilife and Route 203 grids from the Diamond decomp #111, BDSP AutoStory: 00.01 to 00.03 as lines on the decomp grids, with the scenes' triggers; the Oreburgh Gym's inside #112, BDSP AutoStory MVP v3: segments 00 and 01 as event tables, maps as JSON #121 and BDSP AutoStory: segments 00 and 01 on the shared story steps, simulated end to end #124.
• Done when: the simulation passes in English and Japanese, and the console goes 3/3 from a new game (00.01–00.05 are new planned walks and need console proof).
