PcScreenReader, BattleTextBoxDetector, TeachScreenReader and the AutoStory battle loop's frames, split out of frlg/test-images. TeachScreenReader's frames drop their order prefix, and the full HP bar is named 45of45 like the others, so each test takes its expected value from the file name. Frames for PcScreenReader, BattleTextBoxDetector, TeachScreenReader and the AutoStory battle loop, captured on console B from Mt. Moon on. They pair with dayfine/Arduino-Source#215 (Mt. Moon readers); the names follow dayfine/Arduino-Source#219, where TeachScreenReader's frames lose their order prefix and the battle tests read True/False and Hp_of from the file name (MtMoon1F_HpGreen_Full.png is now _45of45). Split out of #7.
