• README — the "What's included" tools are regrouped by capability (Discover / Import / Edit / Publish / Export / Jobs), and Setup gains a caution to install from the marketplace only, sign in via OAuth, pick a Drive, confirm with get_drive_info, and not add a duplicate custom server.
• New skills — export-transcript and export-timeline (Premiere/Resolve), mirroring the existing skill style, both with the multi-composition composition_id and wait_for_job guardrails.
