Why

Every run of the Stale Issue Triage workflow on the main branch now fails before it starts, so stale issues are no longer triaged here and the branch reads as red. The shared workflow removed an input in version 19, and this repository still passes it.

What

The workflow no longer passes the retired input. Triage now runs through the shared workflow's default behaviour, and the preview option keeps its current meaning. This PR's own preview run starting and passing proves the fix.

No issue: trivial fix.

The v19.0.0 shared workflow removed its enabled input, so passing it made every run of the caller fail at startup.

The previous commit wrote an empty file by mistake. This one restores the workflow and only removes the enabled input.
