ci: adopt bounded public evidence quota recovery - #5457
Conversation
Validation at 12bcfe5: the pinned helper is byte-identical to merged devantler-tech/.github#766 at c2b06a1ac224a57750cd66aec571701c4b546b30, and its downloaded SHA-256 matches the updated checksum. The authored diff changes only those two literals. ShellCheck, Bash syntax, the real required-result wiring regression and whitespace checks pass locally. The hosted runtime proof remains required and cannot run on this Mac: it needs the isolated GitHub-hosted Linux fixture. No skip, permission, credential or evidence-validation change is included here. Hosted CI must exercise the adopted helper and actual KRO fixture before review and promotion. The observation period on #5334 stays open. |

Ready at 12bcfe5. CI40573452049 succeeded at this exact head. I read job122434709003: it used the adopted source-owned verifier and exercised the actual KRO controller, restricted process, atomic read-only projection, public image and refusal controls, then scaled the disposable fixture down. The GitHub-hosted Linux fixture is unavailable on this Mac; that successful native run is the user evaluation. The helper revision and checksum match reviewed merged upstream766. Local ShellCheck, Bash syntax, required-result wiring and whitespace checks passed. Codex completed the current head without findings (summary6452525671), after guarded fallback from the unavailable first review lane. The complete thread sweep is empty; no review-body findings or actionable human comments remain, and readable checks passed. Normal protected merge enforcement remains required. Only the reviewed helper revision and checksum change. Permissions, credentials and evidence requirements are unchanged. The observation period on #5334 remains open. The connected GitHub tools supplied fresh readiness evidence after the CLI's GraphQL read became unavailable; protected-queue submission is still required. |
Blocker: none Cleared 2026-10-27: The normal client is available again. Independent current-head rebind at 12bcfe5 confirms native CLEAN, all readable required gates passing, the current-head Codex clean review, complete empty thread and pending-review connections, no actionable human direction and existing native KRO evaluation. Submit through the ordinary head-pinned protected queue; code-quality remains opaque to the read helper and is enforced by GitHub. This does not close the production observation on #5334. Previous record (historical): |
Protected merge is verified at This is post-merge evidence for the repair. Issue #5334 remains open for its longer observation criteria; one successful current-main run does not satisfy that window. |
Why
Temporary limits on GitHub public evidence reads can fail the application check and hold unrelated changes.
What
Use the reviewed verifier that waits briefly for confirmed service limits while preserving every source and signature check. Access refusals and mismatched evidence still fail.
