Trying to fix failing PR from #194

Written by claude:

Fixes the emscripten (3.14) failure seen on #194.

The emscripten job installs the latest Pyodide xbuildenv without a pinned version. Pyodide 314.0.7 was released on 2026-09-14. Its package lockfile adds tool fields at the top level and on each package. pyodide-build 0.37.0 pins pyodide-lock 0.1.x, which rejects unknown fields. As a result, pyodide config get fails with 358 "Extra inputs are not permitted" errors.

pyodide-build 0.38.0 and later use pyodide-lock 0.2.x. pyodide-lock 0.2.1 added support for the tool fields (pyodide/pyodide-lock#43). This PR upgrades pyodide-build 0.37.0 → 0.39.0 in uv.lock. The upgrade also replaces pydantic with attrs and cattrs in the pyodide dependency group.

I ran the failing step locally with pyodide-build 0.39.0 on Python 3.14. It installed the 314.0.7 xbuildenv and returned rust_toolchain, pyodide_abi_version, rustflags, and cflags.

Pyodide 314.0.7 added `tool` fields to its package lockfile. pyodide-build
0.37.0 pins pyodide-lock 0.1.x, which rejects unknown fields, so the
emscripten job failed while installing the xbuildenv. pyodide-build 0.39.0
uses pyodide-lock 0.2.1, which accepts these fields.
