Implements the reviewed 0.0.2 workflow with exact-SHA Pages closures, an SSH-only local dispatcher, AVX-512/VNNI host gating, read-only external GGUF inventory, pinned llama.cpp profiles, optional discovered NVIDIA power management, and twice-each CLI/API human smoke. Models remain entirely external and no observed LAN identity or hardware profile is committed. Validation is GitHub Actions-only.
