This is a great innovation. I have been tinkering on similar ideas when I stumbled around SNAILS. Have you tried it on the ONT ligation kits?

Hi Kumar,

We haven't yet tried using SNAILS with ligation preps. However if the protocol requires any sort of manual slow pipetting it would most likely benefit from this approach. We have recently developed a smaller, more module version of the design that has more degree of motion to better accommodate other sequencing protocols. Maybe try that out? Let us know if you'd like any help setting one up.
