Summary

Develop a lightweight, responsive web dashboard overlay connecting to the existing PostgreSQL database and FastAPI backend, providing browser-based visualization of Project Workspaces, Kanban boards, and interactive Tech Tree DAGs.

Background & Context

While Discord remains the primary day-to-day execution surface, external stakeholders, non-Discord team members, and leadership often require high-level project visibility, multi-project roadmaps, and browser-accessible reporting.

Proposed Capabilities

1. Interactive Tech Tree DAG Visualizer:
   • Interactive graphical rendering of project dependency DAGs with pan, zoom, and node inspector panels.
   • Live readiness status overlays (Complete, Active, Available, Locked, Blocked).
2. Kanban & Table Matrix Views:
   • Project task boards grouped by Status, Priority, or Assignee.
   • Filter by overdue temporal state, squad, tags, and due dates.
3. Discord OAuth2 Authentication:
   • Sign in with Discord, mapping server roles and permissions to web session capabilities.
4. Backend API Integration:
   • Connects directly to the existing src/adapters/api/app.py FastAPI service and repository tier without database fragmentation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Responsive web UI accessible via desktop and mobile browsers.
• Authenticates users via Discord OAuth2 and enforces role-based permission rules.
• Displays live project tasks, priorities, and dependency graphs from canonical PostgreSQL tables.
• Zero database schema divergence: shares canonical domain models and Unit of Work queries.
