This adds a new command line switch to DingusPPC. With --swap-command-option, the mapping of the physical Alt, AltGr (right Alt) and Meta (Windows) keys to the Mac keyboard is swapped, so that the Mac Command key is produced by the physical Alt and AltGr keys, and the Mac Option key is produced by the physical Meta key. Without the switch, the behavior is unchanged.
Reasons: On Mac keyboards, command is physically next to the space bar. On PC keyboards, this is where the Alt and AltGt keys are.
