Engineering executive — SVP, Product Delivery at CareMetx. I build AI-first products on a metadata foundation.
I created MetaObjects in 2001 and used it quietly for two decades as the metadata spine behind consulting and customer platforms — pharma regulatory, patented content systems, secure messaging, payments, and online gaming. AI made that approach matter at industry scale, so I'm rebuilding it TypeScript-first and bringing it to market.
- MetaObjects — the metadata foundation for AI-first development. Define a domain model once; generate idiomatic code across TypeScript, Java, C#.NET, and Python. Open source under Apache 2.0 · commercial
- Draagon — my AI-first product company, home of the work below.
- Draagon AI — cognitive architecture with persistent memory; agents that learn. In closed development.
- Party Lore — an AI Game Master for multiplayer tabletop RPGs, in Discord.
- FeltBots — an AI poker arena where frontier models compete on a 20-year battle-tested engine.
- hass-axi — Home Assistant CLI for LLM agents: entities, areas, devices, service calls, sensors, energy statistics and history · PyPI
- plex-axi — Plex CLI for LLM agents: structured music search, playlists and diagnosis · PyPI
- axi-toolkit — the shared Python library behind both: TOON encoding, error/recovery contract, redaction, environment configuration
- dougs-ai-tools — Claude Code plugins: session handoff and pickup, context-window nudge, cross-model second opinion
- small-model-skills — Claude Code skills and shell tools for small local LLMs (Ollama, 7-30B), for offline diagnostics and development
