docs: move shared agent instructions to parent folder - #17

The writing style and pull request rules, the CONTRIBUTING.md pointer, and the composite action rules were copied into the AGENTS.md of every D&D Mapp repository. They now live in the AGENTS.md of the folder that holds the repository checkouts, which Claude Code loads from parent directories. Only the project rules stay here.

The CONTRIBUTING.md pointer targets a file in this repository, so it belongs here rather than in the shared AGENTS.md, which only loads in local checkouts. Point to it with a Markdown link.

Moves the agent instructions that were duplicated across every D&D Mapp repository out of this repository's
