build: apply the outstanding Renovate updates - #20

Version 3 includes the run ID in the cache key, restores the freshest lockfile match, and detects Node.js version files on its own. The inputs that the workflows pass stay the same.
Bump devEngines.packageManager and the pnpm version that the lockfile records alongside it.
Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml so transitive dependencies resolve to the newest versions that their ranges allow and that are at least three days old.

Why
The Dependency Dashboard lists pnpm 12.8.2, pnpm/setup v3, @types/node 24.19.1, patch and minor updates to Angular, Storybook, Vitest, and the rest of the npm tooling, and lock file maintenance (already open in its own pull request). Renovate only opens its scheduled branches in the Monday-morning window, so these would otherwise wait another week. Applying them now keeps this repository on the same pnpm and setup action as the other dnd-mapp repositories.

One commit per update, in the order Renovate would have opened them, so each can be reviewed on its own.
