Update cyreslab-ai-shodan: 23 → 34 tools, fix category to security

Maintainer update for the cyreslab-ai-shodan server (I maintain the source repo, Cyreslab-AI/shodan-mcp-server).

The pinned source.commit was 18 commits behind main, so the catalog image is missing a large set of capabilities that have since shipped.

What changed upstream since the pinned commit

• Tools: 23 → 34. New tools:
  • get_internetdb_host — free, no-API-key host lookup (Shodan InternetDB)
  • search_exploits, count_exploits — Shodan Exploits database
  • create_alert, list_alerts, get_alert, delete_alert — persistent network alerts
  • list_notifier_providers, list_notifiers, create_notifier, delete_notifier — alert notifiers
• Upgraded to MCP SDK v2 with tool annotations and structured output (outputSchema / structuredContent).
• Source Dockerfile moved off EOL debian:bullseye-slim to debian:bookworm-slim.

This PR

• Bumps source.commit to current main (3744c07) and adds branch: main.
• Fixes meta.category from devops → security (Shodan is a security / reconnaissance / vulnerability-intelligence tool; security is an existing catalog category).
• Replaces the placeholder tags with descriptive ones.

No config/secret changes — still a single SHODAN_API_KEY.
