This repository contains the DOI Handbook starting from the April 2023 version
It was created to manage issues, comments and proposed changes going forward
It will store all versions of the DOI Handbook but only the latest one is authorative
The latest version will always be available here: https://doi.org/10.1000/182
References to the DOI Handbook should always be made to: https://doi.org/10.1000/182
All Handbook change requests should be entered as Github Issues.
Note that you need a Github account in order to create Issues
