run` dolphindb` double the Chinese charactor shows on screen, but `dolphindb.exe -console 0` hasn't the question

这个是当前cmd环境，path中无法找到dolphindb可执行程序，和dolphindb无关，上述sqlite的问题也是如此。os的问题。

第一个命令运行完显示的中文不是重复的，你随便输入什么错误命令比如a都行
然后你输入正确的路径，比如server\dolphindb，它会把刚才那个命令的输出结果每个汉字都加倍，英文数字不影响
