Delete source/is_email, source/isemail and source/beta — historical snapshots of the is_email() email validation library that were flagged by SonarQube. The PHP could never execute on static hosting, and the library's canonical home is the dominicsayers/isemail repo and isemail.info. Also drop the corresponding robots.txt rules and the already-struck-through link to the deleted test page in the 2010 post.
Replace the deprecated empty <a name="topofpage"> anchor with an id on the post-content div, and add the same id to the page, post and recipe content templates whose down-arrow links previously pointed at a target that only existed in the portfolio layout. Remove the redundant role="article" from the article element on the home page, and hoist the step image into a Liquid assign so the alt attribute no longer trips the redundant-word check on the variable name.
