The sources now use autoconf/make to build.

For the moment I'm not distributing the "autotools" generated files. In
order to prepare the tree for a build, you will need to execute:
    $ ./bootstrap
iThis will also require that you have a recent st of autotools. For me
that set is:
    autoconf version 2.5x
    automake version 1.4x

See the INSTALL document for generic instructions on how to build an
autoconf based package.

After compilation you will need to inform the juken-cli program as to
what serial port to use. You can either:
    1) pass the device name on the cammand line (e.g 'juken-cli /dev/ttyS0')
    2) set an environment variable (e.g 'export JUKEN_DEV=/dev/ttyS0')
    3) make a symlink from /dev/juken to the device (recommended)
