Why
.NET 11 uses CoreCLR for .NET MAUI apps on iOS and Mac Catalyst, while .NET 10 and earlier use the Mono interpreter guidance documented today. The existing article only described Mono, so it needed versioned content that explains the CoreCLR interpreter without changing the legacy guidance for supported older targets.
