feat: social-preview card generator - #7

HTML template + devices.css (MIT, vendored) rendered to 1280x640 PNGs via headless Chromium. cards.tsv drives the set; build-all.sh regenerates it. Supports type-only, single-device (phone/tablet/laptop) and stacked two-phone layouts. App screenshots captured with shot-scraper (Playwright) since headless Chrome can't render the WebGL maps — see profile/social/README.md. Cards still get uploaded to each repo's Social preview setting by hand (no API for it).
