Description
Update axios from 1.16.0 to 1.20.0 to resolve 8 production security vulnerabilities. Update vitest from 3.x to 5.0.0 and @vitest/coverage-v8 to 5.0.0 to resolve dev dependency alerts

Resolve known security vulnerabilities reported by Dependabot, including 8 production axios alerts and multiple dev dependency alerts
