docs: soften email requirement messaging - #20

The license server now accepts consumer domains (gmail, icloud, yahoo) alongside business addresses. Only privacy-relay and known-spam/disposable domains are rejected, so the "work address only / personal domains are not accepted" wording is no longer accurate. - run.sh: retry prompt is now `Email address:` instead of `Work email:`, and the non-interactive/give-up errors describe the real rule - README, quickstart, install, prerequisites, configuration, faq, cli-reference, troubleshooting, hackday guide: same softening The server's own rejection message is still echoed verbatim first; the devkit wording is only the follow-on hint. Why
The license server has been relaxed. It now sorts addresses into three buckets:
So both true business and consumer addresses are accepted. The devkit messaging still told users "use your work address — personal domains are not accepted", which is now wrong and turns people away for no reason.
What changed
run.shEMAILresponse-code comment: "personal domain" → "privacy-relay or disposable domain".Re-run with --email <addr> — most work and personal addresses are accepted; privacy-relay and disposable domains are not.Email address:instead ofWork email:.The first prompt (
Admin email:) was never domain-flavored and is unchanged. The server's own rejection message is still echoed verbatim before any devkit hint, so users always see the real reason.Docs — same softening in

bash -n run.shpasses.work email/work address/personal domain/business emailwording remains anywhere in the repo.tests/holds only provider/wiring shell tests (gateway, subscription, Bedrock) that stand up containers and are unrelated to this copy change — not run.Note for reviewers
I described the rejected set as privacy-relay and disposable domains. The third server-side category was given to me as "known spam" — if the server's actual rejection text uses different words, the follow-on hint may drift slightly from what users see on screen. Worth a glance from whoever owns the license server copy.
