Restore heading size and limit FAQ grid to 2 columns + Add a new KB - #58

The fluid clamp() from the previous fix still read too small, and the unbounded auto-fit grid let 3 tiles share a row on wide screens. Both regressions trace to the same PR #57 change: the pre-PR design was a fixed 2.5rem heading with a hard 2-column cap at >=720px, which #57 replaced with unbounded auto-fit sizing. - .faq-tile h2: drop the clamp()/font-weight override, go back to the exact pre-PR font-size: 2.5rem / line-height: 1.2. .faq-icon no longer sets its own font-size, so it inherits the 2.5rem from h2, same as when the emoji was inline text in the heading. - .faq-grid: keep auto-fit's fluid, container-width-based resizing (not a viewport media query) but bound the column's minimum width to half the container, so a 3rd column can never fit on one row.
