Routine template update, v9.9.0 → v9.10.0.

What arrives:

• check:deptry and check:trivy ignore .claude/, so a git worktree created there no longer fails task check with findings from its own copy of the tree
• ARG002 on an argument whose presence the framework fixes is a settled suppression in the shipped rules; plugin-implementation says why renaming it to _inputs is wrong
• trivy-py-ecc moves to ^0.76.0.1, with the lock refreshed for that package only

The three-way merge of pyproject.toml wrapped the trivy-py-ecc bump together with this project's own testcontainers and types-paramiko dev dependencies in conflict markers; resolved by union, so the only changed line is the trivy-py-ecc constraint.

task check:linters is green locally: ruff, mypy, deptry and trivy (0 vulnerabilities).
