Description
Updates
edx-platformJavaScript CI workflows from Node.js 20 to Node.js 24.release-ulmoalready declares Node 24 in.nvmrc; this PR aligns the remaining CI matrices so that JavaScript tests, quality checks, and static-asset builds run with the same major Node version. This affects Developers and Operators by ensuring CI validates the runtime version used by the service Docker image. It does not change learner- or course-author-facing behavior.
