The myNOC.Remootio NuGet README currently begins with workflow badges and raw HTML that render poorly on nuget.org. Move the four badges to the repository root README and restore the package README to start with its title, matching WeatherLink's separation of GitHub and NuGet documentation.
The existing package configuration continues to bundle dotnet/myNOC.Remootio/README.md. The corrected NuGet README will be included in the next package release after merge.
Validation: git diff --check passed; verified the README selected by PackageReadmeFile starts with the package title and contains no badge or HTML image markup. Documentation-only change.
