What: Defer Google clients, add an explicit Indexmap task entrypoint, document require:false usage, and cover both boundaries.\n\nWhy: Keep optional sitemap and Search Console code out of application boot while preserving Rails tasks.\n\nWhere: Indexmap entrypoint, Railtie, task loader, README, and loader tests.
