Matches the template after fadwen/ai-powershell-standards#32: the job now mirrors .claude/rules/powershell-standards/ as well, and leaves this repository's own CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md and any other rules alone.

Brings
.github/workflows/sync-copilot-standards.ymlup to the template after ai-powershell-standards#32. The job now mirrors.claude/rules/powershell-standards/, the Claude Code rules that import the instruction files, alongside the.github/paths and the examples. This repository's ownCLAUDE.md,AGENTS.md, and any other rules under.claude/rules/are never touched.Merge order: merge ai-powershell-standards#32 first. Until it lands, the rules folder does not exist upstream and the mirror step would fail.
After merging, run the workflow once from the Actions tab (
workflow_dispatch) so the rules land before the next scheduled run.
