concurrencywithcancel-in-progresson the CI workflow. Release workflows are untouched except for timeouts, so a release is never cancelled.paths-ignore(**/*.md,docs/**,LICENSE,.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/**) on the pull request trigger. Workflow files still trigger CI.mainhas no branch protection or required checks in this repo, so a skipped workflow cannot block a merge.timeout-minuteson every job that had none (tests 15 to 20, release jobs 20; the conformance job already had 30).actionlint and the repo's local checks pass.
