MediaTek Chipset Support

Found this project from a YT video here, but I need to figure out a issue on MediaTek's IMS service when the codec is set to PCMU G.711, and if audio is being passed through or not.

Currently MediaTek chipset is not supported. I kind of know how things work over there, but don't have any ETA regarding MediaTek support.
