Org names are taken from the `organization` and `model_organization` fields in the forecast sets. Mapping the new `Google` team to `google.svg` makes the older `Google` entry in `LLM_PROVIDER_ORG_TO_LOGO` unreachable, because `ORG_TO_LOGO` merges the tournament names last, so that entry is removed. `traces.svg` is a wide wordmark centered on a square canvas, so it renders only about 3px tall in the 20px cell; it is kept as supplied to avoid widening the column and should be swapped for a square mark later.
