Adds a Docusaurus site in website/, pointed at the existing docs/ folder via the docs plugin's path option, matching the layout used across foxws/laravel-podman and the other foxws packages: plain markdown in docs/ (browsable directly on GitHub), Docusaurus tooling only in website/, local full-text search, and a GitHub Actions workflow that deploys to GitHub Pages on push to main. Adds a new docs/index.md as the landing page (owning the root route via routeBasePath: '/' + slug: /) linking out to the existing pages, converts each page's non-standard `order` frontmatter key to the Docusaurus-recognized `sidebar_position`, fixes stale requirements (PHP 8.2/Laravel 10-11 -> PHP 8.2/Laravel 12+/Livewire 4.2+, verified against composer.json) and a dead 3.x changelog link in installing-wireuse.md, and adds the previously-undocumented Infinite Scroll page to both the sidebar and the README's feature list.
