The Update SDK queries workflow can't push its PR branch. #91 switched it to one reused branch, update-sdk-queries, but the repo still has branches under update-sdk-queries/…. Git won't create a ref that is also a directory, so the push fails with directory file conflict and no sync PR opens.

This adds a step before Create Pull Request that deletes every update-sdk-queries/* branch without an open PR. A read-only dry run against the repo today would delete 22 branches and keep none.

After merging, rerun the failed Update SDK queries run to open the PR for the queries synced from workspaces 56274d4.

They block creating the reused update-sdk-queries branch. Branches with an open PR are kept.
