The macOS release-orchestration integration test still mocked the 0.11.0 baseline, so the new 0.11.2 release candidate failed before reaching its intended API-review boundary. Update the fake Git tag/commit and exact command assertions to the published 0.11.1 baseline used by the production semver gate.
The unknown-revision rejection and fail-closed API-review assertions remain intact. The focused macOS regression test now passes; no codec source or production gate behavior changes.
