[codex] Add getting started guide and startup onboarding prompt - #106

Issue 1 — splash stays open while the guide is visible: showEvent scheduled the startup prompt on the next idle tick, which fires while the save is still loading. The user opens the guide modally, the splash is parked behind it waiting on startup_save_load_finished, and only closes once the modal exits. Switch the trigger to startup_save_load_finished so the splash closes first, then the prompt + guide appear over a fully populated app. Issue 2 — guide dialog default height too short: OnboardingDialog only set a minimum width. Pages with longer content (Detailed Scoring, Sprites) forced an internal scrollbar inside the QTextBrowser. Add setMinimumHeight(640) and resize(760, 720) so the longest pages fit without scrolling on a 1080p screen.

Summary
Adds a fuller getting-started/onboarding flow for Mewgenics Breeding Manager.
This updates the existing help experience so new users can get a practical walkthrough of the app's main workflow, and adds a startup prompt that lets them open the guide, skip it once, or always skip it.

The app has grown enough that intermediate players who know Mewgenics but not this tool need a clearer entry point. The new guide explains what each major function is for and gives beginners an escape hatch through CSV export plus the breeding wiki / LLM workflow.
