Setup: checked out branch depends/update-meziantou.analyzer/3.0.136 (was not yet checked out in this environment). No linked issues, so no labels to sync. Branch is already up to date with origin - no rebase needed. CI currently shows build-pre-release failing; next cycle will run Phase C (fix outstanding work).
