Developing the infrastructure for the PDAP review for foundational and technical alignment

Problem Statement

As part of the workshop we created a set of processes which TSAC will use to produce a product review. We need to execute this to create a good system

Scope Validation

This is helping TASC execute their review process and will help other foundational workstreams

Proposed Solution(s)

See above. We need

• Document the process we are going to use (perhaps in a readme)
• The repository where these issues and reports will reside
• The machine users for GitHub so tasc can act as a unified voice when submitting issues elsewhere supporting this process

Decision made here was (ADR needed)

• One repo for all product reviews
• Top level splits by area of review i.e. TASC, security, AI, REWS
• Generate sensible tags which allow us to indicate on issues which pertains to which area
