Return Expected Scores for All Four Moves Given a 4 × 4 Board State

Hello, I’d like to ask whether our software can offer the following capability: after inputting the number distribution on a 4 × 4 board, it outputs the expected scores for each of the four possible next moves.

For 3x3 3x4 2x4 full table(variant version), it gives the expected score. but in 4*4 we can't completely go through all the positions, we can only run endgame tables. Using expected score as a maximization goal is flawed. For gamepaths that complete the current endgame, what is the subsequent expected score available? If it is considered to be 0, tables will give a less aggressive strategy for a notbad score.
