Allows the use of bootsplashes in the Gentoo live media like the good 'ld days of fbsplash.

This is only enabled if livecd/plymouth:
is used in the livecd stag2. If unset then the old expected behaviour of just showing the kernel boot messages happens.

This requires plymouth and the theme to be installed in stage1 so it can be setup by Catalyst.

Plymouth is verbose enough to not require the use
of extra error messages to inform of mistakes made by the user.

Thinking more about this with my Gentoo hat on rather then work needs (and notes for myself so I don't forgot.)

This is missing some logic in iso-bootloader-setup.sh to auto add quiet splash as a bootarg when the plymouth option is called in a spec file.

Without it I can see other downstreams wasting time by wondering why their first boot test isn't loading only to figure out the bootarg isn't set and then have to rebuild the whole ISO again.

As this feature is a nice to have for Gentoo rather than something they need, it's unfair of me to not reduce support questions for releng first.
