Update mcp.sentry.dev stdio setup for the new flags #1786

The stdio setup instructions on mcp.sentry.dev (packages/mcp-cloudflare/src/client/components/fragments/stdio-setup.tsx) still document @sentry/mcp-server flags that #1731 deprecates:

• --access-token / SENTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN, used in both command examples. feat(mcp-server): Ship @sentry/mcp-server as a slim bundle that shares CLI auth #1731 replaces them with SENTRY_AUTH_TOKEN or a shared CLI login (npx -y @sentry/mcp-server auth login).
• --host / --url / --insecure-http, used in the self-hosted example. feat(mcp-server): Ship @sentry/mcp-server as a slim bundle that shares CLI auth #1731 replaces them with SENTRY_HOST / SENTRY_URL (an http:// URL for plain HTTP).
• --organization-slug / --project-slug, which feat(mcp-server): Ship @sentry/mcp-server as a slim bundle that shares CLI auth #1731 replaces with --org / --project.

The old flags still work after #1731, but they print deprecation warnings.

As proposed during review of #1731, update the page once the npm release that ships #1731 is out, so the instructions match the published package. Related: #975 also edits this file's token example.
