Me run smoke on PR #40882. Overall status: FAIL.

Results

1. ❌ github tool missing. gh fallback saw merged PRs [docs] Self-healing documentation fixes from issue analysis - 2026-06-23 #40906 and Broaden strict Copilot read allowlists for SPDD and Formal Spec workflows #40902.
2. ✅ mcpscripts PR query worked. Saw feat(merge-pull-request): refuse merge when target branch has no upstream open PR #40915 and [docs] Self-healing documentation fixes from issue analysis - 2026-06-23 #40906.
3. ✅ Serena worked. Found many symbols for ParseWorkflow and ParseFrontmatter in pkg/.

5. ❌ web-fetch tool missing. curl fallback saw GitHub.

7. ❌ Discussion comment blocked. Workflow lacks discussion comment permission for add_comment.
8. ✅ make build passed with temp Go caches.
9. ✅ Artifact staged. Upload intent declared.
10. ❌ create_discussion can run, but requested label/temp ID not supported by tool schema. Best effort intent declared.
11. ✅ Workflow dispatch intent declared with haiku input.
12. ✅ PR review comment, review submit, and reply intents declared.
