Problem statement
The plugin was available from the asset lib previously. But it is not yet published to the Asset Store.
Proposed solution
Upload the package from the Asset Lib to the Asset Store (preferably from an official publisher).

It's likely best for PRs like #282 to be merged first, so that we can resolve issues like #146.
