re import of Echo's ecosystem #6019

It has been reimported! I also notice that on the schema the Echo ecosystem doesn't actually mention the
:PyPIor other ecosystems can be appended. Can you please update the schema with the updated definition? https://ossf.github.io/osv-schema/#defined-ecosystems- added a commit that references this issue

We noticed an issue in our osv exported data that our
Echo:PyPIecosystem is actually exported asEcho:PyPi. This interrupts our integration with other scanners, is it possible to run a re sync and import our data again?
