Delete a bunch of website code and Jinja templates now that we're on Go.
Also, moved the go templates out of their own folder, and moved
gcp/website/to justwebsite/Also, also, add
+to the valid blog name regex in go. It's missing in prod so the blog that includes it is 404-ing so... yeah
