Upgrade packages in all six templates (Bff, Contracts, Full, Simple, SimpleWebUi, WebUi) using `dotnet outdated -u`, and refresh the packages.lock.json files. Major bumps: - Meziantou.Analyzer 2.0.257 -> 3.0.303 - Roslynator.Analyzers 4.14.1 -> 5.0.1 - xunit.analyzers 1.26.0 -> 2.2.0 - xunit.runner.visualstudio 3.1.5 -> 4.0.1 Notable minor/patch bumps: - OpenTelemetry 1.17 -> 1.19 - Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Hybrid 10.8.0 -> 10.11.0 - Grpc.AspNetCore 2.80.0 -> 2.84.0 - EF Core and Microsoft.Extensions 10.0.10 -> 10.0.13 - SonarAnalyzer.CSharp 10.18 -> 10.35, Moq 4.20.72 -> 4.21.0 Transitive versions pinned manually to resolve NU1109 restore downgrade errors (central transitive pinning is enabled).
